Help When You Need It at the Poker Table

Live poker moves quickly and questions come up mid-session — about hand rankings, disconnection during a round, or getting your account balance sorted before you sit down. Here is how to reach us when you need a fast answer.

Live Chat Reach the support team through live chat on the site. If a disconnection drops you from a live poker hand mid-round, contact us straight away with your session reference.
Account and Wallet Help Questions about your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay deposit not appearing before a session? Our account team can trace the transaction and confirm your balance.
Game Dispute Queries If a round outcome looks wrong, every live poker hand is logged server-side by the studio. Raise a dispute through the support channel and we will request the hand record from the provider.
12winasia Live Poker Formats Inside Our Lobby

Live Poker Formats Inside Our Lobby

Our live poker section carries formats that suit different playing styles. Casino Hold'em from Evolution puts you head-to-head against the dealer with a community board — straightforward if you know Texas Hold'em. Three Card Poker moves faster, with decisions settled before a full hand develops. Pragmatic Play's tables add another angle, with side-bet options that let you chase stronger hands independently of

your main wager. Players in Subang Jaya and beyond can access these tables from a mobile browser without any additional software. Stream quality and table availability depend on the provider's schedule, and RTP figures are shown on-screen where the studio exposes them — we do not publish figures the provider has not released.

HOW WE RUN IT

How We Keep Live Poker Fair and Consistent

Every live poker table in our lobby is operated by the game studio, not by 12winasia directly — Evolution and Pragmatic Play run their own dealer floors, card-shuffling protocols and stream infrastructure. That separation matters for fairness. Our role is to connect your account to those streams, process your chip movements, and surface the table data accurately on your screen.

Studio-Run Dealers

Dealers are employed and trained by the studio — Evolution or Pragmatic Play — not by us. Their card handling follows the studio's own published dealing protocols, independently of our platform.

Hand History Logging

Every hand is recorded at the studio level. If you ever need to verify a round result, the log exists on the provider's infrastructure and can be retrieved through a formal dispute request.

RTP Transparency

We show RTP figures only where the game studio publishes them in the game interface. Casino Hold'em and Three Card Poker each carry their own house-edge structure — check the info panel inside the game.

Account Security at Login

Your poker balance sits inside your 12winasia account wallet. OTP verification at login keeps access tied to your registered mobile number before any session begins.

Live Poker Terms Worth Knowing Before You Sit Down

What is Casino Hold'em?

Casino Hold'em is a live poker variant where you play against the dealer rather than other players. Both receive two hole cards, five community cards are dealt, and the better hand wins.

What does 'ante' mean in live poker?

The ante is the mandatory opening bet you place before cards are dealt. In Casino Hold'em and Three Card Poker, the ante starts every hand and determines your baseline stake for that round.

What is a side bet in live poker?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main bet. In Three Card Poker, the Pair Plus side bet pays out based on your hand strength alone, regardless of what the dealer holds.

What does 'fold' mean at a live poker table?

Folding means surrendering your hand and forfeiting your ante. You fold when your cards are weak and you do not want to risk placing the additional call bet to continue the round.

What is RTP in the context of live poker?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of wagered money returned over many hands. Studios publish this per variant; check the in-game info panel for the exact figure where available.

What is a community card in poker?

A community card is a shared card dealt face-up on the table that all players use to build their hand. In Casino Hold'em, five community cards are revealed across the flop, turn and river stages.

Common Questions About Live Poker at 12winasia

These are the questions we hear most from players exploring the live poker section for the first time — or returning after a break and wanting to check what has changed.

Our lobby carries Casino Hold'em and Three Card Poker from Evolution, alongside Pragmatic Play's live poker tables. The full selection visible in your account depends on which titles the studio has scheduled for your session time.

Yes. The live poker tables load through your mobile browser without needing a separate download. Stream quality adjusts to your connection, and the interface is laid out for one-handed play on a standard phone screen.

Fund your account wallet first — via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay — then head to the live poker lobby and select a table. Your account balance converts directly to chips when you take a seat; no separate poker wallet is needed.

If your connection drops mid-hand, the studio system may auto-fold or apply a default action depending on the game variant's rules. Contact our support team immediately with your session time and we will check the hand log with the provider.

The dealing and outcome logic runs on the studio's own infrastructure — Evolution and Pragmatic Play each maintain their own audit trails. We surface the results your account receives from that stream without modifying them on our end.

Access depends on where local law permits. If live poker is available in your region, it will appear in your account lobby once you are logged in. Eligibility is determined at account level based on applicable local regulations.
